      Lighter glove is a cut glove just in case. Black are nitrile so my hands don’t take on beef and rub smell and keeps clean.

    brisket used to be cheapest cut you'd ever find, because it takes so much prep and time to make it edible. now (just like flank steak) the hipsters took it on youtube and its on par with the price of KC/NY strip. i hate what is happening to food
